It’s hard for me to explain the power of this album... the first time I listened to the album start-to-finish I had to play it on repeat. Upon the third play through my body revealed to me that it was the literal metaphor of my mind, and that I had an active role in its upkeep and health. Since that day my life has been getting better and better, so I had to buy the vinyl to commemorate this moment of personal transformation... WOW and CHEERS to Yppah for one of the top albums of 2020
